Examen Optos grand champ
L’ensemble de l’orthoptie est pris en charge :
Bilan de dépistage des troubles visuels accompagné d’un bébé vision chez les nourrissons ;
Bilan dans le cadre de fatigue visuelle, maux de têtes, troubles de l’équilibre et rééducation des déficits oculomoteurs de type insuffisance de convergence, hétérophories, strabismes intermittents ;
Bilan et suivi des strabismes et paralysies oculomotrices ;
Traitement des déficits visuels de type amblyopie (acuité visuelle basse d’un seul œil, à prendre en charge dès le plus jeune âge car ce déficit est irrécupérable s’il est pris en charge passé l’âge de 6-7ans).
Consultation ophtalmologie pédiatrique
Le service d’orthoptie prend également en charge les patients atteints de « basse vision » afin de les aider à adopter les stratégies visuelles leur permettant d’utiliser au mieux leur fonction visuelle restante.
Les orthoptistes participent activement aux consultations ophtalmologiques en réalisant de nombreux examens complémentaires nécessaires au diagnostic et/ou au suivi des pathologies ophtalmologiques :
Champs Visuels (automatiques ou Goldmann)
Etude de la vision des couleurs
Electrophysiologie (ERG, PEV, EOG)
Topographie cornéenne
OCT.
